3. Message Data & AI Processing

Messages you submit are processed using artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI, to generate rewrites and tone suggestions. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell personal data. Your messages are processed only to generate rewrites and improve the service.

If you choose to save drafts in the app, your messages and rewrites may be stored in your ToneMender account so you can view them later.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

ToneMender relies on trusted vendors to operate the service. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver functionality.
